A "new" Lace & Brass Service designed exclusively for weddings with 50 guests or fewer, this service is the culmination of years of custom creations for couples who wanted something meaningful and personal. Over the past 10 years, we’ve built a reputation for crafting heartfelt, intentional celebrations. When we created our elopement and intimate ceremony packages 8 years ago, they paved the way for something deeper: events that truly reflect the people at the center of them.

We have created our Intimate Wedding Planning service with YOU in mind - the couple hosting an intimate, intentional wedding scaled down in size for 50 guests or fewer. You love the intimacy of a small wedding, but want a beautiful decorated ceremony and dinner table with a caterer. You love elements of a "traditional" wedding but want to skip some things and make your wedding your own.​

For this service we will assist with planning key details like the timeline, event design and a recommended vendor plan. We will have Zoom consultations to help guide you in planning the rest. You'll be more hands-on in planning but we give you the building blocks and help along the way!

On your wedding day we will be present all day to manage and bring the vision to life! Our team will deliver, set up and take down decorations (yours and ours, if renting). You will enjoy your wedding day while we make the magic happen!

EVENT DESIGN W/ SET UP & TAKE DOWN
​For weddings of all sizes - intimate weddings to larger weddings up to 200 guests.

This service is all about bringing your vision to life, seamlessly and beautifully. Need help pulling all of your decoration ideas together or guidance on where to start? Don't want to purchase, prep, drive up, set up, take down and take back home all of the decorations? Our Event Design w/ Set up & Take Down service is exactly what you need.

-We create a custom 8-16 page pdf style guide for each aspect of your wedding day:
ceremony, head table, guest table, place settings, gift/card table etc.
- Zoom event design consultations
- Floorplan and ceremony mock up created
- On wedding day we deliver and set up decorations (yours and our rentals) and pack up at the end of the night.

- Couples who have many ideas (or no ideas) regarding their decorations and need a specialist to pull together a cohesive design plan.
- Couples who live hours away and do not want to travel to and from wedding with a car/trailer full of decorations.
- Couples who want to be hands-off on their wedding day and let someone else set up and take down the decorations.​​
