FULL SERVICE PLANNING
Please Note: We only take a select amount of full service planning clients each year and likely just in the Bayfield, WI / Madeline Island area. We are not taking any full-planning clients for 2024/2025.

- Timeline, payment tracking, task list management
- Planning phone calls at 12, 9, 6, 3, 2, 1 month and 2 weeks prior. Venue walk through.
- Rehearsal attendance
- Wedding day management, set up + take down of decorations. Lead planner will be finished when all that's left is dancing and lead assistant will take over for remainder of evening + take down.
- Two - three assistants with planner dependent on guest count

Wedding Coordination Extraordinaires
We worked with McKenzie for wedding coordination and also got multiple beautiful rentals, all through Lace & Brass Events. We had so many compliments on the beautiful farm table, wooden chairs, and velvet loveseat and the rental process was so seamless! We had the decor of my dreams because of them.
McKenzie was SO helpful and kind throughout the whole planning process of the wedding. She was my go to girl the whole wedding day and helped make sure everything was so streamlined! I don’t know how we could’ve gotten through the day without her- seriously! Because of McKenzie, I was able to fully enjoy my entire wedding day and be present and I will never be able to thank her enough for that. If you are debating using Lace & Brass- just do it!!
